These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale, purchase, and participation in the Roadmap to Riches ("Course") provided by The Wealthy Blonde ("We," "Us," or "Our") through social media platforms. By purchasing and participating in the Course, you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Course Registration and Payment: To enroll in the Course, You must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information. Payment for the Course must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified on the social media platform.

2. Course Access and Content: Upon successful payment, You will receive access to the Course content, materials, and resources. This access is non-transferable and intended solely for the enrolled User. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce Course materials without our explicit consent.

3. Intellectual Property: All Course materials, content, and resources are protected by the licensing agreement.

4. Refunds and Cancellations: There are no refunds on any digital products.

5. User Conduct: You agree to use the Course content and resources for lawful purposes only. Any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful behavior will result in immediate termination of Course access without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Course. We do not guarantee specific results from Course participation.

7. Modifications and Updates: We reserve the right to modify or update the Course content, materials, or structure at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

9. Privacy and Data Protection: Personal information provided by You will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the Course and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

By purchasing and participating in the Roadmap to Riches Course, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
